Updates from Marriott Hotels!

Our lovely Marriott account manager came into our office to give us the updates on what is now one of the biggest hotel groups in the world!

Marriott International now own approximately 30 brands with approximately 6,000 properties – and that number is growing fast!

There are 80 Marriott properties across the UK, which can cater for events ranging from 2 delegates to 2,000!

There has been a of investment and refurbishment news, such as:

• The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel has all newly refurbished bedrooms, all the meeting rooms will be completed by the end of this year and then all public areas are next on the list.
• Leicester Marriott Hotel has had a full renovation throughout!
• Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel is increasing its bedroom stock by removing 5 meeting rooms and the hotel is having a full renovation throughout! This will all be completed by the end of this year.
• Most importantly Marriott now offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout all of their properties!
