Our team excels at finding the best venues that match your event’s theme, size, and budget, all for free through hotel commission schemes.

Your designated E&V booking consultant will start by contacting suitable venues in your preferred locations. Your event proposal will go directly to key contacts at each venue, ensuring a quick and detailed response. Venues know they need to offer competitive prices to us as agents, to win your business.

E&V will negotiate and compile a quotation for easy comparison. Rest assured, you will still benefit from any existing reward schemes you’re part of and locally agreed rates.

Most importantly, we never mark up rates and commission is never added on top.

Event Planning

From concept to execution, we handle all aspects of planning to ensure your event is a resounding success.

We provide end-to-end conference management, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.

Our staff can assist on an hourly basis or provide full 24-hour on-site management as the venue’s main contact.
