- outline programme for the event
- room setup and equipment required
- and finally, preferred locations and approximate budget
Your designated E&V booking consultant will start the process, approaching suitable venues in the preferred locations. Your event proposal will go directly to the key contact and negotiator at each venue to ensure a quick and detailed response. Each venue will know that as an agency, we are approaching a number of venues therefore, they know they have to come up with some great prices to win your piece of business.
E&V will negotiate and put together a quotation to enable direct comparison.
You will still be able to benefit from any reward schemes that you already have and any locally agreed contracted rates will still be applicable.
Highlight a shortlist and we will set up appointments for site inspections.
