Our delegate registration service is an extension to the accommodation booking service using databases set up uniquely for each event. We accurately record delegate attendance, workshop preferences, accommodation requirements, special dietary and mobility requests, leisure preferences and transfer requests. We receive bookings direct from our web site via a booking form designed to match with company or event marketing literature.
Services included in our Delegate Registration Service:-
Events & Venues to update web page accessible directly from a company/conference web site setting out hotel options and booking terms.
Booking form designed by E&V to be agreed and proof read before going live.
Delegate Registration telephone enquiry line will be available for direct enquiries from delegates manned between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. with extended hours available nearer the event date.
Dedicated event email address directed to E&V staff member with experience dealing with registrations.
Questions relating to work shop content, additional accommodation requirements, travel queries and specific billing requests will be answered by a member of staff with detailed knowledge of the event.
An immediate reply will be sent to all delegates upon receipt of a booking form followed by a confirmation of attendance letter and invoice within three working days.
All information and requests will be logged in a database with up to the minute delegate lists available weekly.
Delegate lists and rooming lists will be provided prior to the event and sent to both the venue and client.
