MENZIE Group Reps came to visit our Office this month, updating E&V with the latest NEWS and DEVELOPMENTS.
They also met with our latest Team Member “Poppy” – our Lab Lurcher rescue puppy. 
 
* Menzies will undergo a complete rebrand – you will see all new brochures and products
* Menzies have covered lots of market research to see what clients want!
* You will see all hotels within the group up to a 4 star rating – all previous 3 star hotels have undergone refurbishments to bring them up to 4 star standard
* The group is looking to offer guests that “home away from home” feel
* Menzies properties sit alongside Doubletrees – there will be some name changes to these venues

BREAKFAST: the menus will offer from 70 to 115 products !!
 
BEDROOMS:  by October 2012 you will see brand new bedroom refurbishments – in fact the same beds as The Savoy, together with new duvets and bedding products.
Sockets will be provided by mirrors, good reading lights, iron/boards “and Ladies…decent new hairdryers!!!”
 
BUSINESS SERVICES: – by Qtr 1 2013 venues will all have upgraded Business Centres
LEISURE:  Qtr 2 2013 all venues currently without leisure will have some leisure facility eg. Swindon will have a Gym. 
Properties with existing leisure will see these areas refubished.
 
STAFF: Menzies staff will also be given re-training, to the focus of “whatever customers want we’ll find a way to help !”
