Most companies are now using Data Projectors, screen and flipcharts which are often included within the package rates. This will work perfectly well in getting your message to your delegates where you have smaller numbers however, once your numbers are over 100 (depending on the size & shape of the room) you may find you need a PA with roving or radio microphones and perhaps a more powerful data projector and bigger screen.

Without spending much more, you could have the screen built into a simple set with your company colours and logo throughout giving a much more professional finish.

Back projection will allow a clearer brighter image for larger groups with the equipment tucked behind the screen and then you can bring in a sound desk and producer to follow the script bringing in the sound and lighting in and out on cue.

Full production can cost upwards of £25k for the large production events therefore it’s important to work with a company who will understand what you want to say on the day and how you would like your company to be portrayed.
